  Enjoy every experience I have when having to ship packages or return Amazon packages. Staff is friendlier and happier than other shipping businesses I will not name.

  Staff is quite short and sometimes a but curt in their way of speaking with customers. Otherwise, it's fine. At least lines there move along well at times. They are better staffed in Manchester, NH, with more people that help customers than some other UPS Stores. When it comes to Salem, NH's UPS Store, they are always busy doing other things. They have little to no organization. Things are thrown about all over the place, and lines there are way too long, and they don't move along well most times, unfortunately.

  Don't know why they won't let my mom pick up a package even with my ID. What do they do for people who have disabilities or different schedules? Waste of time.

  I was the ONLY customer in the store and waited for assistance while 2 (clearly available) employees sat on their phones in customer view. They finally looked up when another customer walked in and the doorbell dinged. Then to send an item weighing less than 1 pound to Illinois was $30. I have sent items in the past via UPS and pricing was cheaper. When I questioned the price, the employee stated "well it's going to Illinois." I decided not to send that package via UPS and continued with the process of sending another package to Wisconsin. The price of this shipment, which is FARTHER than Illinois, was only $21. I stated the fact this shipment was going further and was cheaper to the employee in which they responded "I don't make the prices." Any customer obviously knows that the employee doesn't make the price of the shipping, however their complete lack of knowledge to explain why and somewhat rude customer service has earned the store a rating of 1.

  No one answers the phone and their voicemail is full. That doesn’t make me feel good when this is the primary place I go to for business shipping. On the plus side, the employees are always nice and helpful.
