- APA PApr 20, 20261.0Went the morning of 4/20/26 to do an Amazon return. The woman at the counter was totally miserable. She told me how she hates doing Amazon returns and that the store makes no money off of them. I tried to be nice and told her all jobs have their downsides and she just continued to complain and tell me how much work she has to do because there are not enough employees at the store. I will definitely never be going back there to shop or make a return again.

I asked the cashier if there was another printer that was more efficient on ink use and he described the latest technology that yields less ink per page. I also discussed my other HP 6400 series printer jamming and he new exactly what it was. I have determined my HP6400 series printer if junk and will need to be trashed. Another associate explained that Staples recycles printer and give points for rewards customers, of which I am. Will definitely buy my next printer at Staples just for the customer service.
