- JBJordan B3 days ago1.0like the other reviews, I had a package come here, and it was returned to seller less than 24 hours later. the lady working was very impatient and talked down to me, overexplaining that they don't hold packages for long periods of time when I had made it very clear that I was aware of that, hence why I was there to pick it up within 24 hours. they really need more understanding and helpful staff, especially when located in a town with so many temporary residents.

Both times I've checked the tracking and found bogus excuses for not being able to deliver. "Incomplete address?" Not a chance. I made the label online have proof it was complete. They are just making excuses for incompetence or outright laziness.
