- RLRob LogueAug 18, 20261.0Never answer their phones at all and I have been waiting weeks for important mail and it was sent back without notice. I understand mail should have the apt number to make it easier but then why put my name on my mail box if you're not gonna use. Previous mailman would do that and this new one won't and now he's relling me if it doesn't have an apt number sometimes he just throws the mail away.
