She refused to help me, and when I asked to see a supervisor, she declined that request as well. Believe it or not, she even refused to provide her name, which suggests she knew a complaint would likely follow. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, and I can only imagine that if she worked anywhere else where customer service is critical, she wouldn’t be hired due to her attitude and the way she treats customers based on their color or race. I wonder how she is able to keep her job despite her lack of knowledge about her duties, absence of product knowledge, and inability to greet or serve customers properly. I wish there was a way to contact a supervisor or someone to report this issue. I tried for a couple of weeks to address the situation but eventually gave up, feeling like I had wasted enough time. I'm posting this here to make others aware of the situation. If you encounter her, I wish you all the best. Her name starts with "M," and there is only one female clerk who works at the Hooksett location. I learned about her name from the Manchester location, and they are also aware of her behavior.
