- NDNilsa DelgadoAug 19, 20262.0I get that the mail is sorted out of the Portsmouth facility and that the USPS employees do not have any knowledge of what is going on with the carriers that deliver mail to Hampton, but do you have to be so rude and dismissive when someone wants to ask a question? Sheesh... It is pretty sad that I have to call the Rye post office to speak to someone that has much better and professional customer service skills than the staff here. When I have called in the past, I get a short, rude answer; I get cut off, interrupted and hung up on. The second star is for the one time that I called that someone was actually helpful.
