It's holiday season and one would think someone collecting the mail outside when u drive up would offer to take your mail when you get out of your car. She continued to ignore me and walk back into the building and I said could you please take my mail? She turned with the most nasty look did not say a word and I basically had to thrown my mail into the container. Wow!! I must say that's really poor customer service! If you don't like your job maybe you should move on. Hopefully Santa will bring you a personality and a smile. Onto happier people.

Went in at 1005am to get passport. Website says 730a-1030a. Counter person called to back person saying someone needed a passport. The woman replied it was too late to which we advised their website says until 1030a. She claimed their own federal website is wrong and she was too busy to do it and had already closed them out. Too busy? The post office who is struggling for business?? More like too lazy and forgot where her paycheck comes from. Don’t waste your time at this location. Go elsewhere and then she can wonder why she doesn’t have a job in the future.
