This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. I know this review probably won’t change anything, but people deserve to know what kind of service they can expect here. If you’re getting paid to treat customers with this level of disrespect, perhaps you should stay home instead of working in customer service. The older woman who helped me was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. There was no reason for her attitude, and it turned what should have been a simple visit into a very unpleasant experience. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially at a place that serves the public. I hope the post office provides better training and holds employees accountable for how they treat customers. I will avoid this location whenever possible

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Grantham, NH Post Office. The postal service agents at this location are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever encountered. Every visit is greeted with a warm smile, genuine courtesy, and a willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers. Whether mailing a package, purchasing stamps, or asking questions about postal services, the staff takes the time to help and make sure everything is handled correctly. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, the team at the Grantham Post Office stands out. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude make every interaction a pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire staff for consistently providing exceptional service and for being such a valuable part of the Grantham community. You are truly appreciated!

If this was a public holding, they would have gone bankrupt decades ago! Loses billions upon billions! Many great employees but propped up by the government for political reasons! Sad

The employees are very nice. If you go often, They know you by your first name. Sometimes they have lollipops for the kids. Not busy. Expect short wait time. My favorite post office in the area.

This a busy PO due to the large numbers of PO Boxes and a small staff. But the lack of basic customer manners and having a combative and argumentative counter staff attitude , specialty Kenny Is inexcusable.
