But, I was turned away at 9:50 because, apparently, the job requires 15 minutes and cannot be done in 10. No respect for customers' time here. Either update your website to reflect the walk-in hours of 9:00-9:45 AM, or replace your staff with more capable people who can rise up to the challenge of doing a simple task in 10 minutes instead of 15 out of courtesy, especially when there is no other customer in sight.
