  Competent young employees 🙌 I'm sure applying for this job they had no idea they'd be constantly doing Amazon returns... with that said it's very refreshing seeing kind helpful young adults!!! I Had 5 stupid amazon returns & had to print some labels also there was 3 people in line ahead of me and They worked so fast and efficient it wss amazing I was in there 3 mins even with the line 🙌

  I was at the store at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 25. The door was open and no clerk was available and visible. I rang the bell but no one came out. A clerk came from outside and asked me what I am doing there. It is not open. I said I checked on the internet and it said opens at 9:00. It was 9:10 a.m. already. She literally kicked me out. From outside. I checked and on the door was posted opening at 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. That did not match. What was posted on the internet. Her attitude towards me was something that I cannot qualify.

  Highly recommend this UPS store for returning Amazon items. Simply brought my QR code and they printed the label. AWESOME staff, friendly and helpful!

  The ease of returning packages. Either through automatic amazon return or the employee it's very easy . Especially when you have a return that requires a new label and id's and other info in the return. I'm grateful for the help they give in filling it all out and putting a label on it for us. Plus the service is great friendly help. Thank you for what you do.
