- PLPaige LeightonJan 5, 20211.0Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered - the man behind the desk is short and rude and I rarely feel like he actually enjoys his job. I go to the post office almost daily and will be changing the location I visit and driving further to encounter people who enjoy what they do. There are plenty of other professions out there beyond hating your job....its unfortunate.

And guess what, apparently no one is responsible for that either... I guess my mail just vanished. Also last time I got mail none of it was mine and I got three USPS hard plastic mail deviders. What am I supposed to think about USPS? And they wonder why Staples and other retail stores where in charge of mail for a few years. I will just use UNCLE PARCELL SERVICE (UPS) from now on for everything.

Getting so I don't like going there because he makes me so upset I am shaking by the time I leave there. I'd use the Loudon Rd facility but the line is so long and there is usually 1 or 2 clerks working that it takes a long time to conduct business there.
