  I was in store today with a very complicated situation that I believed would never work. However there was a sweet young lady named Sarah who was able to calm me down and tell me my situation wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. She was able to get me up and running and relieved a lot of stress. My item was an odd ball shaped package but she handled it like a pro. I am glad Sarah was there to help me. I will be back because of her !

  Tiffany was rude, seemed annoyed by a customer coming in even though I just had a simple drop off nothing crazy and no one else was in the store, was in and out so not sure if something was causing her to have a bad day but could have been friendlier.

  Cody was very helpful with my most recent print project as well as many others I have placed in the last few months. I really appreciate all the staff at the concord location!

  I sell sneakers on a few different resale sites and on occasion the form of delivery is through FedEx. I drop my orders off at the Fort Eddy location and Cody is always there to give me a hand. He and the rest of the staff are always friendly and super helpful. Cody always makes the visit pleasant and personable.

  Love going to this store for any of my shipping/printing needs! The staff, especially Cody, is very helpful and friendly! He helped print out resumes and they turned out so professional and beautiful.
