- DDDebraJun 24, 20261.0Terrible. Can't get help. No agent no matter how many ways I ask. Wish I still had direct # to Chocorua NH post office. Need information, I think they've been holding my mail still when I should of had it sent to my new address by now in Massachusetts. Just want to talk to person in post office, people I know there and trust. Your computer system is horrific

- TOTimothy OwenOct 28, 20172.0Depends who is working as the the service you get. Been here for years and I have a po box, once in a while mail will have my street address on it by mistake. One of the people will put it in my po box , the others send it back to sender. Occasionally my mail ends up at my work that is also in town?!? I’ve had mail with my name and address clearly written on it end up at my place of employment, completely different address. Again, one of the guys there is awesome! But one of the ladies is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with, she acts like your wasting her time.
