She yelled at my wife and told her she wouldn't take them because of their size despite the website saying it was acceptable. She wouldn't even take the return for another shipment despite us trying to ship it back with the EXACT SAME BOX it was shipped to us in BY USPS from another state. My wife walked out and we ended up shipping with UPS despite it being far more expensive because this woman was so freaking rude and unprofessional.
