I created a shipping label with Fedex (with a Fedex box) and when I visited the store, was told I can ship with my own box. I asked if thats okay and was assured that it would be fine. Couple of days later I was charged $220 instead of $35 (price I signed up for). I called customer service and it is all a blaming game from there. At first they started blaming the Store employee of not having knowledge and then said they can issue a $185 refund. A week later, I still did not receive the amount. Called again, was told to wait another week. Called again today and they started blaming other associates who confirmed the refund and just read the template and hung up (associate: I am gonna politely disconnect the call), while I was in the middle of conversation. Horrible customer service. I should have insisted on using a Fedex box instead of beleiving the employee and sending my own box.
