- NBNelia BenjaminJun 23, 20261.0I was told to shovel out my mailbox, totally understandable. However after doing so 5 times the “wanna be manager” kept saying “not good enough”. If I can stand 6” in front of my mailbox and grab my mail, pretty sure a mail truck can drive up and open it without having to “stretch her arm out too far 🙄” and put mail in the box. I hate when someone thinks they are gods gifts to this world.

Box for years here and now there has been an issue with all my packages getting returned to sender. Anytime I’ve tried to address this issue, there is always that one woman in the front with the red hair who looks like she never wants to be there, who always acts incredibly rude and short with everyone. She has never been clear on how to resolve the issue and acts incredibly rude and snarky, which isn’t very unhelpful or professional. Don’t use them.
