- DFDavid FerrettiJan 15, 20262.0I come here often early in the morning because they have posted lobby hours of 6:30 AM. Sorry to say, but the are very seldom open at that time. Today I am here and waiting and it's already 6:40 and all of the lights are out. Absolutely no reason that they haven't opened the front lobby doors by now as there are employee cars in the parking lot. Unacceptable.

I understand budgets don't allow for a person to be standing at the window and they have to do something else, hence always having to ring a bell for someone to come out. Mail gets delivered to my RR mailbox, I appreciate not having to drive to the Post Office. The negative for me is that the staff member, Wendy always parks her car close to the entrance when that should be utilized for customers. Thought that would be common sense and courtesy especially with a huge parking lot. For some of us, walking the extra distance is painful. Other times she parks right in front of the Physical Therapy business and again that shows no common sense or courtesy to those who can hardly walk and going there for therapy.
