- DWDale WalgrenJun 23, 20265.0Had trouble with a EXPENSIVE package that had been lost or returned by mistake. Samantha at the front desk, instantly started checking into it and obviously noticed something a miss. She took the bull by the horns, and forwarded the information and concerns to the supervisor Tim! Another courteous and outstanding person to speak with. Later that day Tim called me. During his investigation, he found the package was routed incorrectly. He tracked it down, and it was correctly delivered a few days later. Sincerely greatfull for the initiative and grit of Samantha, Tim and everyone involved in correcting the situation. It was a VERY stressful time. Oh yeah although a week late, The package was delivered and in good condition. THANKS A MILLION for everyone's efforts.
- TTTameraMay 20, 20251.0They’re started off purposely holding my mail because my address included a “ 1/2” and it wasn’t on the mail … ( they know where it belongs but stated it isn’t their problem to make sure it goes in the right box even if they do know the where it goes ) so I went down to the post office and changed my address with the 1/2 on the address change paper and put that in & changed my address with everyone & yet still my mail is now being RETURNED AND NOT EVEN HELD . What’s the issue now ? The post office website doesn’t even register the “1/2” apt number on their website , so how is that my ISSUE ?!! So how do I get my mail ??? I’m missing IMPORTANT MAIL because they’re playing petty stupid games . At this point is it because I’m black ? Like what’s the issue ? I’ve called I’ve complained I’ve went up there and basically got laughed at so what now ????
