I laughed and learned about the passport process at the same time. I expressed to them they are the most pleasant post office employees I've interacted with. If I wasn't all the way across town, I would stop here for all my mail needs. Thank you so much for making my day brighter and bringing a smile to my face!

For reference, I live maybe an hour away from the Omaha distribution facility at most. One of my packages ended up in Indianapolis and sat for two weeks, the other ended up in Atlanta, Georgia before just disappearing. The other two went back and forth between Olathe, KS before ending up in Oregon. Omaha's distribution center is the last stop before delivery in most cases. I know there's a lot going on with USPS right now, and I'm not the kind of person to complain. But that's four goddamn packages in the last month. That I paid extra for shipping on. Four. You guys actually need to get your shit together.
