My packages, after sitting in the Omaha office for 4 or 5 days, get sent to locations that are completely illogical. For example, my most recent package has been in Omaha for 4 days and it finally shipped, not to Loup City but to Harvard, NE. How is this logical?! The letters L and H look very different and the zip code for Loup City is 68853. The zip code for Harvard is 68944. Way different!! Can the employees there read? And why does it take 4 days? I live 3 hours from Omaha! Has the pony express been reinstated? What is going on there?
