It arrived in my city on the 8th at 10am but was failed to be delivered, so I called and the lady told me everything the online tracking tell me. They could not help me any further. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It’s less than 2 miles from my house and somehow my packages end up hours away after arriving at this location and saying it’ll be delivered that day.
