- JTJaSaun ThompsonJun 9, 20261.0I had a package delivered today , the contents where stolen out flat rate envelope box put back in open package, I’ve had to constantly put in missing package request due to packages not being delivered per the tracking number. Benson post office needs to clean house file theft charges on the criminal employees. Package delivered as shown in picture open with its contents missing!!!!!!!!!!!

I simply asked if they were delivering mail to my location and they had me on file because I had filled out a change of address and I hadn't recieved mail in two weeks. The man I talked to offered no solutions and told me well I guess your screwed and hung up. If I could give lower then one star I would.
