So now, I have mail going out with no way of knowing if it arrives or not. All the man could tell me prior to payment was there was no difference. Just price. Didn't make sense. Needs better training or a new career path.

I had forgotten my credit card in my car, and the employee took my package and swung it back at me and it fell to the floor. It was very embarrassing and while I didn’t handle it well, it was enough to keep me from ever coming back to this location.

- NNNApr 15, 20263.0I’d give five stars for Chuck and Jackson, who are beyond friendly and helpful every time I’m there. They deserve all the praise! Unfortunately, the woman working named Sheri, is always the rudest, most impatient postal worker I’ve ever met. Not just to me, but to people I overhear her dealing with. When it’s only her in the store, I’m half tempted to turn around and go somewhere else. I’m not sure how she’s still employed here, as I’m not the only one that’s had horrible experiences with her. It’s a shame because Chuck and Jackson do everything in their power to make it a good experience, and she takes away from that.
