- ANAmy NewhouseAug 7, 20262.0Rude rude rude. Thank god this isn’t my normal neighborhood post office. Both Sheri and the larger bald guy at the counter. TSA is a delight compared to them.
- MGMary GraceJul 29, 20261.0Jackson is absolutely great and one of the nicest people ever. But I no longer go to this establishment solely because of the worker Jim. He was so unfriendly and unwelcoming. When I waited in line, he never said hi or any words and just stared at me. Didn’t say anything the entire transaction and just stared at me very weirdly. I felt very uncomfortable and it was an horrible experience. And to make matters worse when the screen prompted me to reviews my transaction I dropped my card and bent down to pick it up really fast, and my friend who was standing next to me saw him hit the button that I was highly satisfied which couldn’t be farther from the truth. It’s very sad that the exceptional service I got from Jackson got overshadowed by this situation.

- CDCarson DJun 1, 20262.0I went to this post office location to renew my passport and throughout the whole interaction, the woman processing my application (Sheri) was extremely condescending and rude. When asked about my experience when paying for my new passport I selected the middle option due to her unnecessarily rude tone, for which she then decided to start calling me out and criticizing me for selecting said option because it makes her look bad. This is in addition to the other snide comments I overheard her making to other customers with appointments for the same thing. Safe to say I would much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the next nearest post office rather than deal with Sheri’s unnecessary attitude again.
