- CDCarson DJun 1, 20262.0I went to this post office location to renew my passport and throughout the whole interaction, the woman processing my application (Sheri) was extremely condescending and rude. When asked about my experience when paying for my new passport I selected the middle option due to her unnecessarily rude tone, for which she then decided to start calling me out and criticizing me for selecting said option because it makes her look bad. This is in addition to the other snide comments I overheard her making to other customers with appointments for the same thing. Safe to say I would much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the next nearest post office rather than deal with Sheri’s unnecessary attitude again.

He was extremely kind, patient, professional, and super helpful every step of the way. You can truly tell he cares about helping people. Amazing customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Chuck, for being such an amazing person and making this experience such a positive one!

So now, I have mail going out with no way of knowing if it arrives or not. All the man could tell me prior to payment was there was no difference. Just price. Didn't make sense. Needs better training or a new career path.

I had forgotten my credit card in my car, and the employee took my package and swung it back at me and it fell to the floor. It was very embarrassing and while I didn’t handle it well, it was enough to keep me from ever coming back to this location.
