  This location is busy but super efficient. I go out of my way to go to this location because I know things will get done fast and correctly. They always have patience when I am there. Truly won’t go to any other location

  I have visited this UPS Store more than a dozen times, and unfortunately, almost every single visit has involved witnessing poor customer service. On numerous occasions, I have seen employees respond to simple customer questions with eye rolls, rude comments, and judgmental looks between staff members. Shipping and mailing can be confusing for those who don't ship items often and customers should never be made to feel stupid for asking basic questions. I have also witnessed employees arguing with each other right in front of a long line of waiting customers to the point where everyone in the room felt uncomfortable. A business dealing with the public should maintain a basic level of professionalism and respect. I would encourage management to observe employee interactions with customers and provide training on how to be professional in a customer service setting.

  I needed something printed off and it was quite a bit. The girl working behind the counter was very annoyed by me, told the cost would be over $40 w and acted like i could not afford it. I told her it wasn’t a problem and she told me to email it to address listed on their stand. I stepped away for a few minutes to upload my documents . She then asked annoyed if I was done, I just said I would go somewhere else. She replied ok, seemed relieved I was leaving then she kept telling me to have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. What is disappointing is i had my child with me. I don't feel comfortable going back

  Ups delivered my package open and broken. The delivery driver said they had a "rough drive". They won't compensate for a package they took back

  Edited: Guy has no idea how to do his job. Apparently, UPS cannot ship firearms. Who knew? Guess the old UPS shipping label on the box was a fake. No FFL transfer required when shipping it back to the manufacturer. Guess I'll go to another location. After talking with customer service (on the phone) I felt I needed to edit my review. This location is a satellite location. It is easy to understand that this kind of location may not handle items like a long gun. This is the reason I raised my rating from a single star to 2 stars. I would suggest a review of the customer interaction videos and more training for the older guy that was there (not the Dave Chappelle copy place training video he did on his show, although the reaction I received seemed like maybe that's where he got his training). He could have simply stated that THIS location does not ship firearms. That's what a sane and logical person would do. Instead, once he realized it was a long gun (in the two original shipping boxes, disassembled with one end of the outer box remaining open so it could be verified that no live ammo or anything shady was packed inside), he dropped my package and threw his arms arms and hands in the air like he was being robbed or had just handled radioactive material. He then proceeded to basically yell "we don't ship firearms". You're probably thinking, well, he did tell you they don't ship firearms. And yes, but standing there, being hit by the overly dramatic performance, I was not quite sure of what I heard. So I questioned him on that statement. His response, and I quote "UPS does not ship firearms" I'll refer you back to my original review, where I stated that the box already HAS a ups shipping label on it. Ups does, in fact, ship firearms. And although it is illegal to ship a firearm from person to person directly without going through an FFL, it is NOT illegal to ship directly from an individual to the manufacturer and back again.
