- JTJ TDec 29, 20251.0They lost my return to Verizon. Luckily, I got a receipt from them to prove their negligence so I can file a claim. The owner never called me back and the woman who *tried" to help me was rude. I've had other less than courteous interactions with employees at this location as it appears others have had similar unpleasant interactions based on all the one star reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT UPS LOCATION!

- EGeduardo GarridoAug 20, 20251.0By far the worst store here in town. Oh my God. On four different occasions I have the wrong packaging for my return. Forced to buy their box. After contacting several different occasions and asking about this problem, they all told me that that was not how it worked. So what these guys are doing is they're telling you that you can't use your box since you're already there and your time is money. Guess what you're gonna buy the box. They're even selling the tape.
