  I shipped a computer there, paid to have it packed and insured. It was destroyed upon arrival. When the claim was put in on Oct 25 they claimed I had packed it, so it was denied. They also put the stored e-mail as contact info, so I was not notified of the denial to dispute this. I kept calling every week for months to inquire what was taking so long for my claim to be handled, just to be told it was turned in and it was out of their hands, when asking for the manager, it was always his day off every time I called. When I finally googled a number to get a hold of claims directly through Reddit, I found out what had happened and had to correct everything myself. Will never use this store again. It's been almost a year to resolve this,

  Nothing ever comes on time customer service number is pointless they don't do anything they told me yesterday we will make sure it get to you tomorrow when it was set to be delivered the day before and then it randomly ends up in Texas ups is the worst way to get anything sent I would use anything other than them they never get stuff out on time and something is always messed up when it comes through Omaha

  I stopped by yesterday to ship a package, and the process was quick and easy. The store was clean and well organized, and the staff were very helpful.

  UPS does not flood me with spam the way USPS does and it’s reliable.
