  We couldn't be happier with this delivery & install. We were able to get it delivered a week sooner than originally scheduled, which was a lifesaver. The installer was quick and efficient. Thanks!

  Originally had shipping schedule for Saturday, June 20, they had to move to the following Tuesday, not a huge deal. Our delivery was scheduled from 7-11am that Tuesday, they didn't come in that time, we were notified that delivery was then moved to the next morning. We hung around all day just in case. These were our kitchen appliances, so we left the house after 5pm to go grab dinner (we had no appliances to cook dinner), on the way to pick up the food, we receive a text that we are next in line for delivery. We turned around immediately, when we arrive at home 5 minutes later, the online tracker had already updated saying that the delivery guys had come and gone in the the 5-7 minutes we weren't home. No text until AFTER they'd left, no "30 minutes before they arrive" phone call or notification, nothing. We will be gone and unavailable now for the next 2 weeks, so had to reschedule delivery for almost a month from now. Customer service completely unhelpful. They had no power to connect us to the local Omaha office to figure out what was going on. Truly awful experience. Expect crazy trouble if you have the misfortune of using this company! Update: RXO reached back out and apologized for the inconvenience, we really appreciated the call. They were very helpful in working through rescheduling and they were very kind.

  I was given delivery window for Tuesday 7am-11am. And when they didn’t come I called customer service and they said it could come today or tomorrow. So I stayed home the entire day up until dinner time I left for 10 minutes to go pickup fast food since I don’t have a range or microwave to cook with since they didn’t delivery them. I got a text at 5:30 that my delivery was next and I turned around immediately but at 5:29 they had already updated the tracking link saying failed delivery because no one was home. Now it says order cannot be completed. I can’t get ahold of anyone to sort this out. Please just answer me.

  When I placed my order it was to be delivered the 5th of June. On the 5th I waited on hold for over 2 hours looking for answers. On the 5th they sent an email stating it would now be the 15th bc of my location (1 hour 50 min from warehouse). Mind you the package has been at this wearhouse since the 5th of June. I was not happy but cleared my work schedule to be off in the afternoon bt 1 and 5pm. They promised they would confirm a slot the night before. They did. Than this AM was told nope it would be between 10 and 2pm. So I rearranged my day again. Then at 1150AM I got a message they could not deliver today and would be rescheduling. I sat on hold again for almost two hours waiting for someone to explain. Finally was told a supervisor would call me but here it is...12 hours later and no one has called. While on hold I thought maybe chat would be faster...nope not available during hours stated available. I cannot take delivery under any circumstance on the new scheduled put off date in my schedule. That is over 3 weeks from date item was ordered. Sad customer service. Do not recommended rxo for delivery of products in a timely fashion.

  Absolutely terrible experience with RXO. RXO was contracted to install a dishwasher, and the installation was incomplete, unsafe, and unprofessional from start to finish. The installers ignored information we provided from our plumber, left our kitchen a mess, failed to run a test cycle as instructed, and left without even telling us they were finished. Within minutes, we discovered the dishwasher had not been secured at all and tipped forward when opened. A brand-new appliance was left in an unsafe condition. We immediately contacted RXO to correct the issue and repeatedly informed them that mounting hardware was missing. Despite multiple calls, the follow-up team called without any knowledge of the problem and then told us they could not complete the repair because they did not have the necessary hardware—the exact issue we had reported several times. More than a week later, we were still being bounced between RXO, Samsung, and Sam's Club with no resolution and no accountability. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and failure to address a safety issue have been incredibly frustrating. I would not trust RXO with appliance installation and would strongly recommend that others think twice before using their services.
