  Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We purchased an item (LG Refrigerator) online and this company was assigned to deliver it. We paid for and had the invoice for Room of Choice and Hookup. The two delivery drivers came and informed me that he only had listed room of choice, but no install. He called his supervisor which then told me they were too busy that day and not only would they not install it, they also did not have time to put it in our room of choice ( which he acknowledged was part of our order). His drivers proceeded to take it out of the truck wheel it into our garage, set it down and left while I was on the phone with the company I purchased the Refrigerator from. The drivers were pleasant, however the supervisor could have cared less that they would not complete the job. The delivery was marked completed, even though it was not. I have called RXO multiple times. Have been told to stand by a supervisor would call me within 30 minutes. Guess what?!?! NO call. I paid for a service this company did not fulfill and no one from this company will help me. They are getting paid for work they are not completing.

  The delivery went so smoothly and the driver was very polite and courteous. He was able to unload all 7 bookcases by himself quickly. Great experience and really nice guy!

  Order was delayed for over a month. I called nearly every other day asking if I could pickup my delivery myself from their warehouse. Every time they said they would reach back out to me within the next day or so with an answer. They NEVER DO. I eventually got my ticket "escalated to the highest level" which meant absolutely nothing, as the "floor manager" for the warehouse could NEVER be reached to approve my pickup. This has been the most frustrating experience I have EVER had. Absolutely horrible customer service. I STILL don't have my item. Customer service literally just lies to appease me saying "It can be delivered by this Saturday for sure!". Saturday comes and goes, no delivery, no one reaching out to say what happened. I call AGAIN asking where my item is, they say it's at the warehouse being processed still.

  I placed an online order to be picked up at this facility. The instructions advised to proceed to the facility and park in the location for Ikea pick-ups. There was a sign which indicated one half of the parking lot to park in. I parked in that half and checked in at 12:30. At the time, there was one other vehicle present. I don't know how long they were there, but they left at around 12:50. They did not get an order. I then continued to sit and wait for another 40 minutes without an update. Their waiting tool has a messaging portion but despite asking for any kind of update, nothing was sent back. I am writing this review still in the parking lot, and just watched another person pull up and try to figure out how to get their pick-up order to no avail. After waiting for an hour, Ikea sent me a goodbye and I was removed from the waiting list. During that time I called their 800 number and spoke to Jenny who gave me the local number for this facility. I called and left a voicemail. And naturally did not get a response. If you're ordering from IKEA or anywhere else to pick up here, don't. They clearly don't actually help you to pick up your order or do anything you pay for. EDIT: As a reply to the owner, this was an online order placed with IKEA and arranged as a pick-up at the RXO warehouse.

  Don’t trust RXO with anything at all! They have literally ruined our lives. My wife and I ordered furniture well over 11/2 months ago. RXO was supposed to deliver it. They have delayed and canceled the delivery 3 times now!!! And they just send us a vague text the day before it’s supposed to be delivered saying it’s delayed. No reason, no details, nothing. We have taken PTO days off of work to be here when they deliver, just for them to cancel on us the day before. Totally unprofessional behavior and extremely rude and inconsiderate. If you value your life, do yourself a favor and find a different delivery service to use. This company lied to us. Joanna from customer service said that she would definitely sort this out. Well, they canceled AGAIN after this phone call with her. RXO lies to their customers and treats them like garbage. Do NOT trust RXO!!! Now, thanks to this company’s extreme and reckless incompetence, my day off this week has been completely and utterly ruined and wasted. My wife has been in a bad mood the whole day, screaming and throwing things all because of RXO and their lies. RXO and everyone who works for them should be ashamed of themselves. RXO has wasted a month and a half of my life. That is time that I will never get back. No amount of empty promises or insincere apologies will make up for that.
