  Not marked very clear where you need to go to let them know you have arrived for pickup. They brought stuff to the dock, but didn't help load it in the car.🤷

  Had a scheduled delivery 2 weeks ago, contractor was at my house, I took off work, and 18 hrs before delivery I got a message that it was going to be delayed two weeks. No other explanation. Wasted a day off and the contractors day. It was 85 miles away and it sat there for 2 weeks. No reimbursement if I picked it up as I already paid for shipping, no one answered it just phone at the warehouse and no one seemed to know when was going on. Fast fwd to today. I called the company 2 x and emailed them to confirm my delivery. I was told twice I would get a call and an email that day (day before delivery) to let me know when to be home so I could take off work. Zero calls. Zero emails. Zero communication. I got an email at 7 am on the day of delivery. 2 weeks ago they gave me a window of 9-10 am. Today was 7 am - 7 pm. So, I had to take another full day of work off to accommodate a delivery company that does not communicate, doesn't deliver on time, and has terrible customer service. Will never use this carrier again

  I placed an IKEA order to be delivered by RXO and it was supposed to arrive on July 31. I got a text on July 31 saying it couldn’t be delivered and they would call to reschedule. Never received a call so I called them and they transferred me to IKEA to reschedule, IKEA says it’s been delivered to RXO and they would be the ones to reschedule. Finally reached RXO and they rescheduled for August 3. Called them today(August 3) and they said it needs to be rescheduled again and someone would call me. Still no call from them, on hold with customer service multiple times/days. So frustrated with this delivery service! Will update if I ever receive my delivery!
