- THTory HaggertyApr 16, 20261.0I was generally happy with the advice I got, until I started getting billed. One 15-minute phone call cost me $300. I felt that was highly excessive, e-mailed the company regarding that fact, waited nearly a week, and never heard back. If you use this firm, get that all in writing before you start. I run a service business, and that is not how we operate. To each there own, I guess.

According to their story, a junior accountant went out of town for almost 2 weeks and was assigned some task for my account. I had to follow up twice, which should not occur. A potential customer should not have to follow up.
