    I used the chat feature on the DHL website to inquire about the cost of sending a document from the US to Portugal. I was assisted by Michelle and quoted a significantly lower price than UPS or FedEx. Michelle also took care of generating the emailed waybill, scheduling a pickup and called me personally to finalize payment. Neither the sender or the receiver had to leave our homes. The document was picked up on a Friday afternoon and arrived in Portugal the following Thursday. Great service from Michelle. I will be a returning customer.
