- DCDee CumminsJul 17, 20263.0Was very frustrated at the slow response time of my mail being switched to new address. Spoke to a gentleman at the substation on Red Rock, Lincoln, Ne with my concerns about getting my mail, the air of urgency as I was expecting important documents. Employer checked that I had completed all necessary forms, will contact carrier to use new address, assured me mail would be there on Saturday. Well, thanks to an efficient carrier, I had my mail today! My customer service has always been excellent, understanding! Bravo Cheney Ridge on 53rd and Red Rock, Lincoln, NE for taking our concerns seriously! Not the post office of OLD, mail in box by 7:00 am, delivered at 2:30! I am going to write a note saying the same thing. Wonder how soon it will get to the Post Master🤣
