  Denise was extremely rude and belittling to me. I had a package I needed to drop off as a return and it came with a prepaid package slip. When I first went to the counter and said hi to her and told her I just had a package to drop off she very rudely said she couldn't hear me at all and had an attitude instantly. I said sorry and repeated myself. She then cut me off mid sentence and said "no it's not. what does it say right there?" and pointed to where it needed a stamp, which I didn't realize it said before since when I printed off the label it said prepaid so I didn't look much into it past that. When I acknowledged that I didn't see that before and I just printed off what I was told was a prepaid label, she had even more of an attitude and asked if I wanted to buy postage. When I said yes please she then looked at the label, which was partly in Chinese because the package was being returned to China, and shoved the box towards me and said she can't read this and didn't bother explaining further. When I responded that I again just printed it out from amazon and it said to bring it to usps and just drop it off, and i'll just figure it out myself then. She gave me a very smug look and sarcastically said sorry. I don't know what Denise's problem is or why she has such an attitude, but you work at the post office, you're able to mail packages to other countries, if for some reason you can't fine, but explain that rather than talking to someone like they are a 5 year old kid and shoving a box at them. I honesty left in tears because she made me feel so stupid and belittled over something that doesn't even matter. Please never go to Denise for help unless you like being treated like you're a stupid kid!

  The mailman hit and ran the motorcycle carrier attached to our truck. We have two witness but the post office told us to kick rocks unless we have video evidence. Seems like accountability is a hard thing to come by at this post office so beware.

  There was a long wait for a counter service. It may be because Hy-Vee no longer sells stamps

  Post Office has been closed for service for two days (7/20-7/21) due to "internet issues." No indication of when counter service will be available. There is no way to pick up held mail.

  I have been trying to call in for weeks to get my mailbox key from them and not once has this branch answered the phone. And all the other post offices say this is the only one that can get me a copy. No wonder the the United States Postal Service is going out of business. I can't even comment on the service since they won't even do their job and answer the phone.
