  I had an excellent experience at the post office and was genuinely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The employees were patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help answer my questions and ensure my mailing needs were handled correctly. The staff maintained a positive attitude and provided efficient service without making customers feel rushed. It's refreshing to encounter such outstanding customer service in today's fast-paced world. The team went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this post office to anyone looking for friendly service and a staff that truly cares about helping their customers. 📬😊

  I’m not from Nebraska and needed to send something out this morning and the first person to help me was Denise and she was incredibly rude, I do not go to the post office often and send things out so her attitude of me not knowing exactly what I needed to do was completely unnecessary. I really appreciate being helped by Jordan after the first interaction with Denise. Jordan was fast, kind, and patient. I appreciate you Jordan, thank you! Kindness will always win. After submitting my review I saw others that had the same problem with Denise, sounds like she needs to be talked with by management or let go. Definitely will not be going here again unless someone else like Jordan can help next time I’m in town.

  Denise was extremely rude and belittling to me. I had a package I needed to drop off as a return and it came with a prepaid package slip. When I first went to the counter and said hi to her and told her I just had a package to drop off she very rudely said she couldn't hear me at all and had an attitude instantly. I said sorry and repeated myself. She then cut me off mid sentence and said "no it's not. what does it say right there?" and pointed to where it needed a stamp, which I didn't realize it said before since when I printed off the label it said prepaid so I didn't look much into it past that. When I acknowledged that I didn't see that before and I just printed off what I was told was a prepaid label, she had even more of an attitude and asked if I wanted to buy postage. When I said yes please she then looked at the label, which was partly in Chinese because the package was being returned to China, and shoved the box towards me and said she can't read this and didn't bother explaining further. When I responded that I again just printed it out from amazon and it said to bring it to usps and just drop it off, and i'll just figure it out myself then. She gave me a very smug look and sarcastically said sorry. I don't know what Denise's problem is or why she has such an attitude, but you work at the post office, you're able to mail packages to other countries, if for some reason you can't fine, but explain that rather than talking to someone like they are a 5 year old kid and shoving a box at them. I honesty left in tears because she made me feel so stupid and belittled over something that doesn't even matter. Please never go to Denise for help unless you like being treated like you're a stupid kid!

  The mailman hit and ran the motorcycle carrier attached to our truck. We have two witness but the post office told us to kick rocks unless we have video evidence. Seems like accountability is a hard thing to come by at this post office so beware.

  There was a long wait for a counter service. It may be because Hy-Vee no longer sells stamps
