My husband and I are elderly and had two very large Amazon boxes of cabinets to return because of a mistake on the Amazon website. We were provided only one mailing label but needed two for the UPS return. Andrew, a very helpful young man at the front desk came to our car, loaded them and took them into the store. When he saw the problem with the labels he helped me in contacting and discussing the matter with Amazon. We were able to send one box with the label but since the second label would take up to 48 hours to arrive, he proceeded to load the large box back in our vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and I believe that all customers would be served in this manner. It was an exceptional experience and so appreciated!
