    Was eazy to find, only couple minutes wait time, very friendly staff. I was in and out in about 5 minutes

    They hold packages in limbo. An item arrived from KC. on 6/30. As of 7/7 no shipment received. I get a text in the morning from FedEx telling me to expect a pakage, and that pakage is loaded and in route. Evening updates and says no attempt hss ever been made! Five days running. Will be calling shipper to intervene on 7/8. .
