Did not get my paperwork filed, nor my photo taken. Go anywhere else to get your passport taken care of. Update: Another clerk called me later that day, and apologized profusely for the poor service I was given. I decided to reschedule my passport appointment. This time, I received quality assistance, and my documents were processed.
