  My partner and I have gone multiple times over the past 6 months trying to get our mail sent to us. When I went personally to the office the lady accused the prior customer of trying to commit fraud because he was being charged for receiving a package and wasn’t aware he was responsible for certain fees. When I told her I wasn’t receiving our mail the most she offered was a “well it says here you are.” And wouldn’t go further than that. I requested the number of the supervisor for my mail route “Jake”, who was a lot more helpful and friendly. He told me my mail should be coming and assured me it would. Mind you he had already given my partner the same assurances. I chose to have faith and wait. Well it’s been about a month now, because of them I missed out on a $400 refunded check from the state (which I still never received), and the college cannot deliver mail to me at ALL. I just got an email from the college asking me for my address today, telling me that my mail was returned with a “moved: no address left”. Despite still being at the same location I’ve been in for 3 years now. Unfortunately, there is no other recourse for me than to write a review. I could waste my time going in and dealing with an unhelpful, rude employee just to do the same song and dance to get the supervisors number. But even if I did so the most I’ll get it are empty promises. I guess I’ll just have to continue NOT getting my mail. The one job that this organization has and it is incapable of competently completing it.

  Explained the situation, tried to stay polite, and got hit with the energy of “this makes no sense” like I personally packed the box, labeled it wrong, and shipped it into the void myself🤣

  Worst post office ever! I paid a year up front for a PO box. I didn't get any mail for 3 months so I finally asked them what was going on, they said I must not have recieved anything however my bank called and said they got the letter they sent me back so I knew something was wrong. I noticed a note covering the back of my PO box and when I asked what it was the lady working eyes went crazy and I could tell she knew they messed up. I lost 3 months of important mail because they didn't remove a "do not deliver" sign on my PO box from the last renter of it. So I decided to close the box early because there is no customer service at this USPS they acted like it was "not that big of a problem" to loose 3 months of mail. I didn't get a refund, it clearly states you get a refund if you close your account before its due. I filled out a change of address form when I closed the PO box, never recieved any mail so I went in and asked if they were holding my mail, the lady said "we don't have your mail, if we can't foward it the mail goes back to the sender". Why can't you foward it? The same lady that took my change of address form directly from me months ago now wants me to fill out another form. These people don't do their jobs and love it. It's a joke, any other industry workers would be fired but for some reason USPS keeps dropping their standards.
