  Under New Management! From 1 star to 5 stars in just a few months! Complete turnaround! Blown away by the competency, courteousness professionalism, and friendly and caring new manager and the great employees I've interacted with as of mid August 2026. Special shout out to Haley and Omar (so friendly)... Finally the store is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and proficient! Kudos to the new owners and Manager (Haley)! I'm shocked at the change (for the better) over the last few months. I actually don't dread having to go to UPS store anymore. The "Zombie" staff is gone and the new staff of young folks is impressive! They are courteous, friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and in no way socially awkward like so many were in the last year there. Hope UPS Store stays on track. If you haven't been there in a while, try them now (Aug. 2026). I think you'll be as pleasantly surprised (at the positive change) as I am. Thank you to the new owners, new manager and new staff, you're doing a fantastic job!

  I always have a wonderful experience while at the store. The young women at the counter are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always have a smile on their face and will find a way to resolve any questions and concerns.

  Every single time I ordered something to be delivered at my house it gets delivered to this place if I wanted to go out to pick it up I would just buy it at the store and not online... I buy online for a reason because I dont want to go to the store now they refuse to deliver to my house and every single time I have to come pick it up here its so annoying why buy online and pay them to delivered it to my house if I still have to pick it up my self
