  I paid for Saturday delivery and FedEx said it would be delivered by 1:30 pm.. My delivery required a signature so I stayed home until 1:30 expecting a delivery. NO SHOW by 1:30 so I tracked the order and they then said delivery by end of day. I live in the country but my house is on Google Maps. I decided to do some work outside so I could see the van when it pulled up. About 4 pm I saw the FedEx Van about a quarter of a mile that had stopped and appeared lost. The Van turned around and that was the last I saw it. I called customer service and finally spoke with a live person and he said he would contact the driver and have him call me. That didnt happen so when I called customer service again, they said they were closed. I looked at my tracking and they changed the delivery to Monday by 1:30. This is frustrating because I paid for Saturday delivery and since my delivery required a signature, I stayed home looking for it all day and now they expect me to stay home all day monday looking for it. I believe the driver for some reason could not find my house since I saw him within 1/4 mile of my house and then went back to Grand Island NE and called it a day. This is complete BS with todays technology that driver should have been able to find my house since google maps would have taken him to my door step. I sent a message to the company I purchased the product from and explained my experience and I would recommend future shipments with anyone but FedEx..

  Someone named Mathew drives here and doesnt like to deliver packages! I was supposed to get my package on a specific day, app said they were in the area and then I watched the driver pull up in front of my house, deliver to two of my neighbors, dug around in the van for 5 minutes and then drove off without delivering. Today, they delivered one of my expected packages on time, but I still haven't received the other one and now it says they've both been delivered and its a LIE!! Fedex fix your stuff!!! I hate having my packages shipped with you guys because none of your drivers do their job!!!

  Terrible management in Grand Island Nebraska. He has major issues and shouldn't be in charge
