I checked the tracking and it said it arrived at the post office 2 days ago and that the customer requested that it be held. I didn't request that at all and Noone told me it was there at the post office. The lady who works there wasn't any help either, she isn't very nice 😕

She said it is required to check your mail once a week. She is very unprofessional and should not have the privilege of working for the US Government.
