  It seems to be run by teenagers, but darned if they're not the most exceptionally well-trained, competent and occasionally spunky group of young pros. I've been running a lot of stunning to these folks, and everything I've needed handled--and handled well--they've excelled at. Glad to have a team like this right up the street from us in B-vue.

  The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient! I often come in with multiple returns, and they never make me feel like an inconvenience. They’re always patient, helpful, and go above and beyond to make the entire process as quick and seamless as possible. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service never go unnoticed. I truly appreciate how easy and pleasant they make every visit!

  I can’t say enough good things about the UPS Store in Bellevue! Every single time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with outstanding customer service. The staff actually knows me by name, which says a lot about the kind of personal attention they give their customers. Everyone is always courteous, friendly, incredibly patient, and willing to help, no matter what I come in needing. I have never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience, even when something takes a little extra time or explanation. It’s rare to find a business where you can consistently count on being treated this well every single visit, but this location absolutely delivers. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine customer care are second to none. Outstanding service every time I go in. They have definitely earned a loyal customer in me. Five stars doesn't seem enough! I especially want to recognize Caleb and Alyssa. Both of them are absolutely outstanding employees and consistently go above and beyond. They are always friendly, courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy things are, they take the time to make sure everything is handled correctly and that I’m taken care of. Their professionalism and customer service are a huge part of why I continue coming back to this location. Caleb and Alyssa are exactly the kind of employees every business hopes to have representing them. They make customers feel welcome, remembered, and appreciated, and that makes a difference. They both deserve recognition for the exceptional job they do. Truly outstanding employees!

  I have been visiting this location for 3.5 yours. Caleb is awesome. He's always cheerful, responsive, and efficient. Give that man a raise--his character is contagious and something worth retaining at your store.

  Caleb provided the most excellent customer service for our printing needs. During a busy time of day, he took the time to make sure all of our printing needs would be met under a short deadline. He went above and beyond making sure our business needs were met and was so kind and helpful. Very happy with your services!
