  I had 5 items to return today. I had the wrong place "to return code" on several of the items. Jackie was patient with me, and went beyond, and showed me how to correctly cancel the item's and then start a new return. I apologized several times but she definitely made me fill at ease and showed me the the correct process for next time. You definitely have a gem that cares about her job and customers. Thankyou, Jackie.

  The young man who works there did a notary for me and shipped off the paperwork that needed to be shipped. He's really efficient and knows his job really well. He helped me the last time i was here and it couldn't of went any better. Great experience thanks to your employees.

  In comparison to the Post Office who seem to hate their jobs, don’t talk, don’t smile, not good service, this store always has good customer service. And it shows as they are always busy with a constant stream of customers. I want to give a shout to Alysa, the store manager. Alysa, thank you for always having a bright smile on your face. Every time I come in, you have an answer for my questions, even when I think they are difficult ones! You are awesome and to the owner, great job and thanks for hiring such a wonderful person.

  Two of your reps, Caleb and Adrian, were extremely helpful downloading my document and getting it collated and printed. They were generous with their time and wonderfully professional. They and their colleagues have always provided exceptional service at your store on Galvin Road in Bellevue, NE.
