My delivery was on hold due to an "unfinished incorrect address" Amazon and the ups customer service keep sending me through a loop so I tried to contact the store its being held at and the girl on the phone won't even try to help me change the address on it,or change it so I can pick it up at their store instead. She just keeps sending me to their customer service number and not an actual person who can help me through it.I hope amazon will issue me a refund after ups sends it back. This is ridiculous..

I don’t know who trained this people, but the customer service skills were a zero. The lady at the counter immediately had an attitude although I was nice and polite, and the way she spoke to me was not okay at all. I get everyone has bad days, but even on my worst days at my job I treat my customers with kindness. So whoever the older brunette lady with glasses is, I hope your day gets better and you treat the next person kinder!
