The absolute worst post office known to mankind. They never deliver anything, they mark as delivered but its still at the building yet they wont give it to me cuz they dunno where it went, maybe in the truck still is the usual excuse. They lie constantly and refuse to help or even answer a phone. They need to be shut down. The most Atrocious customer service and 0 accountability ever taken by anyone there. They randomly decide nope not delivering today so they will send your packages back and you're just stuck dealing with it and they don't care.

If you want to pick up your packages, you'd best plan a whole day because you'll spend hours waiting in line. And that's if you get your mail at all.

My packages are always 1-2 days late. They lose things quite often. Stuff sits in back of the building because they are to lazy to get it sorted and scanned right away. And most of the time they can't even get the regular mail to us on time.

I'm going to start writing reviews every time I go here and explain the terrible service. It's getting to the point where it is literally illegal to be doing what they are doing, but because they have a cushy government job, nothing is getting audited. On monday, I was suppose to get 2 packages delivered. One fits in the mailbox, the other doesn't. On tuesday, I go into the office because it literally says on their website with the tracking information: "Available for Pickup". I go in, wait in line for the minimum hour it takes because there is always 1-2 people working there. I get up to the lady, and she snarkly tells me to "go back to the front of the line and write down my tracking number, address, and name". She says it like she has told me to do this 5 times already, despite that being the first time any of the people in that specific line had heard her. I do so, she calls me up, she goes into the back for 2 minutes. I can literally see her standing there doing nothing, then returns and says it was "taken recently out on a truck because there is a lot of packages that didn't get delivered for a whole week, and I will be getting it by that night". I go home, obviously angry. Comes wednesday, still nothing. I think she just tells everyone that so they flip off. That same day, a military guy was in front of me and he had a package. I've seen him in there before, and what he said was true: "I've mailed this package before with no issues, so why is there an issue now? It's urgent and needs to go out today". She basically tells him to flip off and fix it then go to the back of the line. This lady needs to be fired, seriously. She can't be treating customers like this. I would rather an employee tell me "sorry, we've been having issues with our system lately, and your package isn't available right now" than lie to my face.
