Extremely rude woman. (The one who brings her dog into work with her which is also against usps regulations, I’ll add). The other two are usually pretty nice. We don’t have mailboxes in town, so you HAVE to use a PO Box. When you try to order bigger items (bed frame, window blinds, etc.) it will say “unavailable to ship to PO Box”, even when you try to enter it as a unit number instead of PO Box, so I took off the box number and it shipped no issue. My name and address are still on it, the same ones tied to my PO Box, meaning she has to do one extra step doing her job and look up the box number. This woman had the audacity to raise her voice at me and got a horrible attitude towards me in front of about 4 other people because my package didn’t have my PO Box number on it. Then, when I tried to NICELY explain why it didn’t have the number on it, she proceeded to walk away from me shaking her head and smirking while I was speaking to her. It wouldn’t have been an issue if she had nicely asked me to have my box number on there, or had even given the time to listen to my reason why or offer up ideas for how to get around that issue so that I can still have things shipped that say they’re unavailable to ship to a PO Box, but that’s not what happened. I have lived in multiple different (and much larger) cities and I have never encountered a postal service worker who acts like YOU are an inconvenience to them as much as this woman does. Not to mention packages will arrive at this post office and sit in the back for a few days until they decide to sort through them. Again, I have lived in larger cities where they are serving many more people and have never had a package sit for days at the post office before it is delivered or available to be picked up. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! I don’t understand why people who have zero customer service skills, and act like they hate their jobs decide to do jobs that require that. Find something that suits you better. :)

Wish I didn't have to post this because the people there are mostly nice, but I'm SO TIRED of my packages taking ages or getting a yellow slip for a tiny box. I know my box can fit into my po box. I hate it because I'm in the oilfield, I do not have much time on lunch and I burn through it because I have to see a receptionist. Not to mention I have a 30 minute window before they close and its usually 6 people ahead of me. I wish they could get things figured out. It's frustrating beyond comparison. I'm FUMING. 4 packages say delivered, yet none are in the po box🤬
