- SSStir_stickAug 30, 20171.0It is hard to consolidate all of the problems into one short review. The problems are varied and chronic. You don't get a payment notice for your PO box, they take the time to change the locks and charge you for it when you ask why your key doesn't work. I have packages that have not arrived (even though they show they arrived at the PO when tracked) for months. I only have a few payments that I can't set up direct deposit on, yet at least 2 times a year I have to call to get the invoice amount because the payment is going to be overdue and I still haven't received the invoice. I have had 2 different lenders call and ask if I needed a change of address form because mail sent to the address I have had for years is getting returned as 'invalid address'. I thought for a while I had somehow made an enemy in that office and I was being bullied, but everyone I ask replies that they have similar issues... you often can't choose a carrier when ordering things, but if you can opt out of USPS in this town.

Contents of my package went missing and everytime I contact the manager, Shannon, she tells me that I just have to order a new one and that she can't check cameras to see who possible culprit is. I recommend not dealing with these unprofessional, disrespectful people.
