- GBGameface BApr 14, 20261.0Unless Laurel is working, you can expect to wait in line for an extended amount of time, because the new lady wanders around grumpy, complaining that she can't find your packages etc. Email says it's available for pickup, but they can't find anything. She spends way too long on one lost package while the line is taking up the whole lobby and outside the door. Has failed to scan packages when you pick them up. Without that scan, there is no way to return if needed. Make sure each one gets scanned.
