We wanted help with making sure the form was filled out correctly because it's kind of confusing to fill it out for someone else. We got zero help and were told we had 5 minutes to fill it out, and then she left us alone to do it ourselves because she claimed they were short staffed and couldn't help us...there were 3 people there when we walked through the door and no one was in line. This lady had zero empathy or compassion and said you're going to have to reschedule.
