- BJBelinda JordanSep 27, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!! I called this store and was told I could have packages sent here for $5 a package without being required to rent a box. Had 3 packages sent here from Amazon, got a confirmation they were delivered. Came by to pick them up and was told they were rejected and I could not have packages sent here. If that is your policy, please train your associates correctly. I spoke to an associate on Tuesday 9/22 at 9:14am who assured me I could have packages sent to this UPS. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

We had a complicating task of having to send mail out with different pieces of mail inside the bigger envelope with only one piece being certified and the others just being pre-paid postage. He didn’t make us feel uncomfortable with the confusion. Instead he helped us work through it every step of the way. He is a true leader showing superior intelligence for the mailing system.
