Dropped off several cases of equipment here to ship home after a work trip. The employee at the counter was amazing and helpful. She was able to print out the prepaid label my company emailed me. Thanks!

Package has been "out for delivery" for a full week. Called and can only get an automated response to assure me that it's "out for delivery"....

Ordered online to be delivered to an address but insisted I pick it up and even asked for a signature and identification when I do. This place is hours away from where I am and the reason I am ordering online is because no one can pick it up for me nor can I drive. The worst and most inconvenient service. They just returned my product back to the shipper and I am just waiting for a refund for something I never received nor even have tried.
