    Package has been "out for delivery" for a full week. Called and can only get an automated response to assure me that it's "out for delivery"....

    I'd give this place a negative if possible. How a package clears customs in multiple countries, arrives in grand forks and weeks later they still wont deliver it and the best part, both in recording and a person you speak with, no matter what time you call, you cannot pick it up either.
