- HKharlee kleinjanJun 4, 20261.0i was told to call this place because they had messed something up about my letter that i needed, they couldn't even deliver a letter in my mailbox because i wasnt home?? i was at work, regardless, i called the place 3 times before they answered, and when they finally did, they ignored the fact that the phone was on and kept talking and going about whatever they were doing before and ignored me, once i finally said "hello" a few times they finally spoke to me, like if i am the one calling why am i supposed to say hello first? anyways, i said i had a question about my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, this dude genuinely replies with "okay?" like are we serious? he then asks me for a tracking number which i do not have because i only received an article number because this was a letter and not an actual package, maybe that was my fault but why did he reply like im supposed to already know the answer?? anyway they basically told me i have to actually come into the post office to get my letter instead of them just simply placing it into my mailbox like any other person would, mind you i havent even stepped foot in the building yet, not looking forward to that.

This includes the people who work at the actual site- working day-in and day-out being friendly and helpful to people trying to ship things (even when not all of them may deserve the pleasantries). And also for the rockstar mail carriers! I feel confident saying that it is the norm for these mail carriers to go above and beyond in their tasks.
- DDDavidApr 6, 20261.0Driver said my door was inaccessible so my package was not delivered. The phone number here does not work so I had to come in person. Waited 45 minutes just to be told I'm S-O-L. They are refusing to hold my package so I can just pick it up tomorrow. Adam looked at the 20 people in line and said "welp it's time for me to take my 15 minute break". This place is a CIRCUS.
