  Fast and efficient service every time. Maybe the North Mid-Westerners were raised differently, but teens and 20-somethings comprise of the majority of the staff and they’re all courteous and professional compared to the jaded, ne’er-do-well attitude employees so prevalent in the bigger cities. Highly recommend this location.

  Found out the hard way that while this store has the name of "The UPS Store" they really are not affiliated with UPS. We learned this the hard way after having a package of liquor re-routed to them because we knew we would not be home when the UPS person would make the delivery and wanted to ensure the bottle would not be returned to sender. We paid the $10 reroute charge... And then... Guess what!!!!! YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP! Wait for it... Wait for it... The package was RETURNED TO SENDER when it was re-routed to this "UPS Store" and no one was there that was 21 or older to sign for it. Remember the old saying, "We don't care. We do not have to - we are the telephone company"? (Lily Tomlin) That has to be the motto of this store. Memo to the store owner... The little brown boxes that arrive are more than brown boxes. They represent the lives of those you serve. There are hopes and dreams in those brown boxes. Sell your business to someone who actually cares about the spirit of service. Be a good human for crying out loud.

  We have had very good luck with this location. The line never seems too long and they move people through quickly. This is the location we select for our UPS shipping.
