  This husband (stephen) and wife team were amazing. I had over a 5500 lb ikea kitchen cabinet order. 494 pieces. They both worked so hard and carefully work my order. Me being me, couldn't stand and just watch so I helped carry some of the lighter items. I got almost 6,000 steps in helping to unload. They were both so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this husband wife duo for any delivery. Thank you so much!

  The team arrived early in the day to complete the assembly during daylight. They were very pleasant, professional and completed the job in a very efficient manner🤗

  It's hard to rate because there were aspects that were GREAT and aspects that were TERRIBLE. First, everybody I spoke with was awesome and helpful. But the hard part was the lack of consistent communication. Between multiple incorrect notifications and time windows, it's a miracle our item arrived. The worst was when delivery people told me I couldn't rely on what the overseas customer success people told me just minutes before about delivery times... Despite being all over the place, everyone was super polite when I spoke with them. So...mixed review.

  The RXO delivery gentlemen were very polite and did a nice job unfortunately Polywood who they were contracted to deliver a patio set and an outdoor bar set did not include six of the seven chairs. Both the delivery gentlemen were very apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. I would recommend RXO in the future the air was not their fault. Photo shows the patio set, which was complete. Unfortunately, the bar set with 4 chairs and the additional 3 chairs showed up a week later after many calls to Pollywood.
