I’ve been here six times for the same recurring problem, and the staff couldn't care less. Save yourself the headache and use a different carrier if you actually want your mail to arrive.

Outside the fact that they have on multiple occasions been caught throeing out mail, the service is abysmal. Not a smile in sight. Not to mention i moved and now even 6 months later my mail still hasnt showed up. If you talk to the carriers out in town theyre typically happy. But i cant get how people can keep their jobs with such bad management skills. Someone in the chain of command here makes everyone miserable and unwilling to do their jobs. I dunno if theyre understaffed or underpaid or what. Somebody needs tk be fired and i guarantee its someone in management. You can always tell when a place has bad management because everyone that works their hates their job. Sorting mail isnt a nightmare. Dealing with customers can be tough but ive never seen anyone cause a scene and ive had to go dozens of times to get my address changed or fixed or something.
